12th Annual 

One Word; One Year Project

What will your word(s) be for 2019?

Now that 2018 is ALMOST over it is time to begin the new year with a word(s) (NOT a resolution) that will serve as an overarching theme for the entire year as to who you want to be or how you want to live.

I have chosen the words “MORE GRATEFUL” for my guiding words for 2019. All too often, I forget how to be grateful  for all what I have and what has been given to me and all my life experiences that have brought me to where and who I am today. And, instead of focusing on my blessings, I easily am overwhelmed if something goes wrong. 

So, my intention for 2019 is live in a constant state of gratitude. To be “MORE GRATEFUL” for all the life experiences and challenges that lie ahead in 2019. To be “MORE GRATEFUL” for the people I have in my life especially my family. To be MORE GRATEFUL for the good AND the not so good. Bottom Line: be “MORE GRATEFUL” for EVERYTHING! Let's see how it goes!!
