From the Quote of the Week Files; January 14, 2008

Welcome to the Quote of the Week, your Fast Relief from Dogma Slavery! Today's quote was sent in by QoftheW member Pat on making New Year's Resolutions. Have you made yours?
__________

"A New Year's resolution is something that goes in one year and out the other."

Author Unknown
__________

And speaking of making New Year's Resolutions....

I can certainly relate to the above quote as every year I have trouble keeping my well intentioned resolutions. However, this year, thanks to a blog by Kristine Kane, I am going to try something different. I am choosing three words for the upcoming year that hopefully will inspire me on what I want "TO BE" as opposed to what I need "TO DO". Check out her sight and see if this might work for you...

A Recycled Quote of the Week...

"A ship in the harbor is safe, but that is not what ships are built for."

William Shedd

Wishing you a most beautiful day, wherever this may find you!
__________

By the way, my words for the year are Gratitude and Appreciation, Listen and Learn. What are yours?
