This past Sunday the Nolan Family celebrated my Uncle Joe's 95th Birthday along with his 70th anniversary of his ordination to the Priesthood. About 70 cousins, brothers, sisters, nieces, nephews, and friends were there to celebrate. The big surprise of the day was when 20 plus members of the Sacred Heart Church Choir (the church where Father Joe retired) came and sang 3 beautiful hymns in his honor. It was a beautiful tribute.

 "It's a Beautiful Day" was a way that he started many of his sermons and had a reputation throughout his parish of carrying that same Beautiful Day attitudethroughout his work.  It was quite apparent that he was an inspiration to the congregation, and is still an inspiration to ALL of his family and friends!
