Last year I attended my College Reunion

This past weekend I attended my High School Reunion

Life is Short

It's never to late to share a memory or to thank someone

My High School and College years were NOT the real me, but the Pre Me

(I'm still a work in progress though) 

Comparing yourself to others is a waste of time. 

It's not too late to find and pursue our passions

"I have been truly blessed"

was the most commonly used phrased I heard

​ throughout the evening,

ven though many have

​ gone through 

loss, illness and disabilities

​.

(To that end, we are not immune)​

Time passes all too quickly

Grateful for Name Tags

Some of my Classmates changed 

so much that they didn't 

recognize me! ;-)​

You laugh a lot.

​It's all about connections.​

Joyful and Exuberant; From the Quote of the Week Files; September 12, 2016

Joyful & Exuberant

"That is a grand goal. Something to shoot for. Let’s go for that today. Yup, sign me up. Let’s start imagining that it’s entirely possible, that it’s a state that exists, that it’s within reach, heck it might even be around the corner, or right next to you, about to tap you on the shoulder, right after you read this. I know and you know that imagining it will not automatically make it happen. But It might help. Let’s forget our cynical, logical self for a minute. Most of the time we don’t have any goals for the day, other than a to-do list. If we decide that today we are going to feel JOYFUL and EXUBERANT, then I’d say there is a damn good chance we will. We’ll be on the lookout for it, and when we spot it, we’ll grab it. It’ll be ours. So let us put in on our list today."
